Warranty Form

Herschel Supply will replace any products found to be defective within the range of common and everyday use. Our warranty does not apply to damage caused by accidents and/or wear and tear. Our only responsibility shall be limited to the refund or replacement of the defective product.

The limited one-year warranty only applies to products that have been purchased from authorized Herschel Supply retailers. All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

Warranty is automatically voided if any modification, change or alteration has been made to the product.

When you file a warranty claim directly through Herschel Supply, please submit high quality photos and a clear description of the defect.

All warranty products must receive an RA (Return Authorization) number prior to mailing the product. Products mailed without an RA number will not be received and will be mailed back to the customer at their expense.

For American claimants: Upon inspection of the defective item(s) and the approval of the warranty claim we will issue the consumer a Gift Card to our online store for the corresponding monetary value of the item(s) + shipping charges. If your Warranty claim is not approved, Herschel Supply is unable to credit the original return shipping charges to our warranty claim address(es).

For Canadian claimants: Upon inspection of the defective item(s) and the approval of the warranty claim we will issue a replacement product. If your Warranty claim is not approved, Herschel Supply is unable to credit the original return shipping charges to our warranty claim address(es).

Here at Herschel Supply all warranty claims are dealt with as promptly as possible. However once the defective bag has arrived at either our Canadian or American locations, complete processing of the warranty claim may take up to two weeks time. During peak retail seasons such as Christmas and back to school, warranty claims may take a few business days longer. We thank you for your patience.
